Road Repair - we will be restoring the road that was damaged during the fire and reconstruction effort. 

Club House - Currently the clubhouse is not being used. We plan to utilize the building for game room and lounge for residents. 

Creek Area - A creek runs through the heart of the community. This area is shaded by tall redwood trees that that survived the fire. We are looking at improving the area with benches, pinic tables, and some outdoor games.
